The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating.
Unfortunately, there was no housekeeping during my stay. The bathroom was quite old, and the shower door was unsightly and cracked. Additionally, I found the comforter just laid on a flat sheet, which made me uncomfortable as I prefer a duvet cover. It was disappointing to deal with these issues throughout my visit.

a peaceful retreat with stunning views
I appreciated the spaciousness and quality of the Apartment with Mountain View. The gardens provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxing and watching the hummingbirds. Abdul, our host, offered fantastic recommendations that made our stay more enjoyable. I loved sitting on the balcony with a mountain view to sip my coffee in the morning.
However, the Wi-Fi connection could use some improvement during my stay.

I really appreciated the beautiful setting at Villa Alejandro. The gardens are stunning and provide a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed. Our room, a Family Room with Private Bathroom, was lovely and well-kept, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our activities. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The room wasn't cleaned during our six nights, which felt a bit off. A strange moment occurred upon leaving when a staff member confronted us about a washcloth with some wine spots on it. I felt rushed to pay the extra charge since the taxi was waiting. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, which was frustrating at times. Would consider staying again, but hope for improvements in room service.

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel, especially the fully equipped kitchen that made cooking so easy and the cozy bed that gave me a great night's sleep. There were lovely spots to relax, like the sun terrace and a beautiful garden area where I could unwind. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped with my luggage, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

Great Location, but Some Privacy Issues
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the lush surroundings. The common area was a lovely spot to relax, but the communal setup made it feel more crowded. Consider the casitas for a more private experience. Don’t forget to enjoy the local food in town!
